A large-scale guestroom renovation across the resort, refreshing typical rooms, suites, corridors, and the Club Lounge with all-new finishes and ADA-compliant upgrades.

SCOPE OF WORK​

• Renovation of 257 typical guestrooms, 37 suites, the Presidential Suite, guestroom corridors, and the 2nd Floor Club Lounge

• All new guestroom finishes, including DFH package, paint, VWC, and carpet

• Full FF&E package with select tile repairs and tub and tile refinishing

• ADA conversions

• Full Club Lounge renovation, including new millwork, floor and wall finishes, food service equipment, and AV upgrades
