SCOPE OF WORK​

• Full renovation of the Hotel Lobby, Boardroom, Living Room, Atrium, and Porte Cochere

• New ceiling, wall, and floor finishes throughout

• Decommissioning of the existing water fountain

• New millwork and FF&E package

• Relocation of the focal statue to the exterior drive lane

• New architectural and decorative light fixtures in the public space and exterior

• Modifications to the existing Lutron dimming system
