SCOPE OF WORK​

• Renovation of two on-site restaurants: Double Date and Desert Pearl

• Installation of new millwork, miscellaneous metals, and stone packages throughout both spaces

• Structural framing modifications to create an open-concept layout

• New tile, paint, and vinyl finishes, with re-staining of existing ceiling beams throughout

• New flooring and bathroom partitions

• Electrical upgrades and plumbing fixtures completed in both restaurants
